Toro Lawn Tractor LX420 PTO Cable / Spring Replace?
Hello everyone – I've been doing some searches .. Help! I must be doing something wrong .. I replaced the tape deck in my Toro LX420 riding mower. He went through all the steps and everything was very easy. I hooked the back cover The last thing you need to reattach the spring PTO. My problem is I can not get the hook in the late spring through the small hole. I have tried and treated. I can not get the spring to bend enough for you to get the hook at an angle in order to slip through. It's driving me crazy! Can someone help me? Thank you PLEASE! In advance!
Just grab a good pair of pliars and pull hard. you may only need to find someone stronger!
