"nosotros llevamos" can mean many things depending on the sentence and context, it can mean "we carry" or "we get" in the case of "nosotros llevamos muy mal" it means "we get along very badly"

"Que lo pases bien" - "Hope you are well"

as for "A partir de", again it depends on the context, whether its an adverb, preposition or a conjunction, it can mean "as from" or "as of" if it is an adverb, or "beginning with" if it is a preposition or "starting from" if it is a conjunction.
