A coworker was fired popular emegency an alarm company. They said that after extensive evaluation, we can no longer maintain it. I went to our supvr on my own months before this and told of their problem of ADHD. He said to hurry and find a solution. Not once offered help only to ask if you decided yet. I even told our manager. She is a hardworking and dedicated he is more then the full shift as a whole. She was never given any written or verbal warning … in fact, they not have a policy or manual prodecure easily accessible by their employees. Given a ring 3 folders on your first day and after trying to read that he was given a piece paper to sign saying they read it. When she told supvr she has not read all the way, was told that she can read another day. He signed it as "unfinished ". I still have yet to find this manual anywhere in our office. Then there is inadequate training program. The laws against this?
